Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete your account in the app
If you can still sign in, the fastest way to remove your account is from inside Padel Events.
- Sign in to your account
- Open Profile
- Scroll to the Danger Zone
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
This removes your sign-in account and the main profile data linked to it.
2. If you cannot access your account
Email us at mouthaan.dylan@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address linked to your account
- Your display name, if available
- Any detail that helps us identify the account safely
3. What we delete
When a valid deletion request is completed, we aim to remove:
- Your authentication account
- Your player profile and saved preferences
- Associated app data that is no longer needed to run the service
We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance where required.
4. Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days.
