• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information in your profile.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of spamming, abuse, or impersonation.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit events or other content, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the right to share the event details (e.g., you are the organizer or have permission).
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• We may review, edit, or remove submitted content at our discretion.
• Submitted events are subject to approval before being listed publicly.

5. Event Accuracy & Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information. Events are submitted by community members and third-party sources. Always verify details directly with the event organizer or venue before attending.

Padel Events Bangkok is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations, schedule changes, or venue closures
• Injuries, losses, or disputes arising from attending events
• Accuracy of pricing, availability, or level requirements
• Actions of other users, organizers, or venues

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam event listings
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and branding are owned by Padel Events Bangkok. Event data submitted by users remains the responsibility of the submitter. You may share event links freely.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on:

• Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting
• Google Calendar for event export functionality
• PostHog for product analytics (consent required before any data is collected)
• Links to external venues and booking platforms

We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at the email below.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Events Bangkok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
